Counseling | The Training Institute | The Resource Center | IEC Materials Development and Distribution Adolescent Reproductive Health Services | Community Support Services to PLWHAs Prevention Services Targeting Vulnerable Communities | Care, Clinical and Diagnostic Services Global Partnerships, Networking/Advocacy PREVENTION SERVICES TO VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES RAF targets registered sex workers in the Southern Tagalog regions namely: Gumaca province Quezon and San Pablo City Laguna through provision of HIV AIDS prevention services through peer education approach. The project is supported by Global Funds AIDS Project Filipinas PNGOC. RAF also targets drugs users in Cebu city Barangays Pasil and Kamputhaw through peer education approach. Provision of Needles/syringes has been made possible through multisectoral consultation and partnership with Cebu City Multisectoral STD HIV AIDS Council (CCMSAC).
