This December 2001, Youth Zone (YZ) , the shopping mall based youth
center opens its new branch in the Queen City of the South - Cebu City.
After two and a half years of project operations in Manila,
YZ Tutuban Center is now ready to replicates its initiative.
YZ Cebu City promises a more vibrant and promising initiative enriched
by the YZ Tutuban experience. Needs assessments as with the
establishment of a youth center in Cebu City youth has been done
through reviews of available secondary data from the local Department
of Health , Population Commission (POPCOM) and researches done by
local academic institutions such as University of San Carlos.
Revalidation of youth needs will be continuously be done by YZ
Cebu staff to validate findings as well as pattern its services
to the local Cebu youth.
YZ Cebu is located at 3nd floor Colonade Mall Oriente Colon St
Cebu City. The YZ Cebu City is located right at the heart Colon,
this is the university belt area.
