The Health Laboratory is funded for its supplies and equipment
for one year. One recommendation gained by the project is an additional two
years to support the project. This in effect will further develop the Health
Laboratory's competitiveness with its service delivery as it established its
track record in delivery of services. Lessons gained that in order to do this an
intensive marketing strategy has to be done targeting nearby overseas placement
agencies and employment centers. With this initiative, this will hopefully
enable the Health Laboratory exist beyond donors support.
