RAF is an independent non-profit, non-stock, non- government organization. It manages the Remedios AIDS Center's programs and services. The Foundation was established in 1991. The Board of the Foundation, the committed staff and volunteers are diverse individuals with expertise in various fields, united to prevent transmission of HIV and to reduce the impact of AIDS.
